Default GMG Porsche 991 Turbo Lowering Springs NOW IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP

GMG Porsche 991 Turbo Lowering Springs

Improve Handling Without Compromising Comfort
Made by Eibach Exclusively to GMG's Specifications

The GMG WC lowering spring kit improves the vehicle's performance, handling, and appearance. The kit features an increased spring rate and drops the vehicle by 1.1" to lower the center of gravity of the vehicle to improve handling - reducing squat during acceleration, body roll in corners, and excessive nose-dive under braking - and to reduce fender gap to give the vehicle a lower, more aggressive stance.

The GMG WC lowering spring kit utilizes a proprietary progressive spring design to maintain excellent ride quality. The progressive rate design uses a softer initial spring rate for excellent ride quality and a stiffer final rate for high performance handling. The spring rate increases when the vehicle is under load during cornering, braking, or load carrying etc.

Crafted from highest quality high-tensile steel tubing , the springs will not set or sag over time. The GMG WC lowering spring kit is designed and manufactured by Eibach exclusively for GMG. Through the partnership, GMG developed lowering spring kits for high performance street applications using the data and knowledge gained over the years from professional racing in the ALMS and Pirelli World Challenge Series.

The GMG WC lowering spring kit is sold as a complete set and is designed to use with the factory PASM dampers. The spring rates are proprietary to GMG and they are specifically matched to the factory dampers so that the vehicle won't be over-sprung and under-dampened. The 4-Wheel steering is system is not affected with OEM wheels & tires, as well as most 21" sizing, but contacting GMG is highly recommended for aftermarket wheel sizes.

As a great alternative to much more expensive and more complicated coil over systems, the GMG lowering spring kit is an excellent set up for enthusiasts who would like to lower their car and improve handling without compromising comfort.

It has been nearly two years since we introduced these springs and they are still proving as popular as ever. We just put a set on this slick 991 Turbo S and gave it a street/performance alignment on our in-house Hunter digital aligner.

If you have the optional axle lift system then these springs will not be compatible.
However, we do have a comprehensive kit (springs, motor, and shocks) from KW.
