Right. I can tell you one thing for sure though... when mine shows up, it's going to get one hell of a shake-down. I've taken notes on every little thing drivers have observed in this forum and others.

I'm probably too literal, but from the letter it sounds like Porsche is requesting one more opportunity to fix the vibration problem affecting your car before reconsidering its position. Maybe your attorney has another perspective on this letter, but I would give the dealer one more shot at repairing your car with an agreed timeline to make it right.
FWIW, the 991S owner previously cited finally had his car taken back by Porsche. Overall I'm feeling a bit reluctant to purchase another Porsche in the future given your experiences.

Your point of view is understandable. However, with early adopters it is just the "Luck of the Draw" with these types of issues unfortunately. Could have gotten the chassis ahead or behind the one he has now and have been in total Porsche Bliss. It's the ****s, it really is.

Finally resolved. New front diff and new tires. It's only been 3 months but some how im thankful that ordeal is over. Anybody looking for a Black on Black TT with 2200 miles on it? LOL
