I was surprised the wheel was a choice since it is the standard 19" wheel on a Cayman. I thought it would have been exclusive on the turbo for at least a year.

You have to look at them in person but they are different. The Cayman version are a bit more plain. These have a higher end look and are of course 20".

Thumbs up Turbo..

I have came back to this thread several times as the Dark Blue really does look fine. I have put it on my "possibles" short list for colors. The deviated stitching is very tastefully done and a fine enhancement.

Be safe

Thanks Patty. It turned out even better than I thought. I had seen a couple of C2S cars in dark blue metallic and they were a bit dusty. It threw off the color a little, making it almost a steel grayish look in lower lighting. But it is a great, classy dark blue look. I think the agate grey would look good on a Turbo too. I also went for basically the full stitching after considering partial stitching and I am glad I did.

What I was surprised about is how well the base interior trim works with everything else. I had planned to switch it to carbon fiber at some point but will be leaving as is.

As much as I have looked at your car, I would not change a thing.

Enjoy and keep us up on your opinions.

"The pictures on the Porsche site don't really do them justice."

I like them as well. Gives a very sporty yet classic Porsche flair to the car. They would look even sportier if the inner parts of the spokes were painted body color or black. Jim Ellis has done a few of their Carreras that way and it look REALLY nice.

I'd love to see those wheels on a silver TT! Any good photo shoppers here?

Just fyi, it looks like the Sport Classics are "back-ordered" (or something murky like that) until Spring (hopefully). I will be installing winters on my existing wheels, for now.
