New White 991tt
This is my first car delivered in the middle of winter. Never again, as you can see I like to tinker with cars and winter really mutes your excitement. You are limited on driving times and body work due to the weather.

Another nice white TT!!
LOL you think winter sucks where you are, come to Canada and see how it can really suck for car guys!!
Thumbs up on the blacked out rear lettering and side markers, but just not feeling the red paint on front lip or lightening bolts and flying horse under the rear wing... but bonus points for personalization!

NO LOGICAL REASON-lol! There was NOTHING disappointing about the TT. It is an amazing car. I am one of those people that if I don't have the "S" on the back that I know that I will end up coming out to the garage and saying "I wish I had bought it" and then I will trade the car and lose a ton of money. My wife told me right fomr the beginning that I was going to feel this way and she was right as usual (sssshhhhh...those words were not uttered from my lips :-) My dealer was very forgiving and worked out a fantastic deal for me to swap the cars.
A few things that do attract me to the TTS:
1. PCCB-Not for the function but for the weight saving (and no brake dust :-)
2. PDCC-My TT did not have that
3. BOSE sound system. The TT had the Burmester and was the biggest waste of money ever. I was severely disappointed. The system may sound wonderful in a Panamera or Cayenne but the 991 simply does not have enough air space for the sound field to expand. You find yourself getting a nice setting for low to medium volumes that remains consistent, but then when you turn it up to a high volume the bass drowns the crispness from the mids and highs and you have to adjust your settings. I don't want to be constantly fooling with the settings based upon how loud I want to listen. I would never recommend wasting $3500 on that stereo regardless of what the reviews say. I had the Bose in my 991 C2S and was happy enough. Not quite what the B&O was in my M5 but it is otherwise just fine.
4. Adaptive Cruise and PAS-The TT DID have this and I had ZERO use or desire for it. This was a canceled order and someone else had spec'd it. I was paying for something that not only did I not care about but that I truly did not WANT.
5. PLUS....I think the yellow gauges, belts and custom mats are going to look sexy!
Well, I guess maybe there was a bit of logic to my decision!
