[PICS] 991 Turbo - extra colours
Following on from my last exclusive photos...
https://rennlist.com/forums/991-turb...1-turbo-s.html
...here are some more I took today of some different coloured cars:
If my Photobucket bandwidth is maxed out again for this month, then you can see the whole set on my Flickr page:

Let me know what's your favourite colour. I have to say white, with sports design mirrors (and painted side air intakes) would be my preference.

'08 Porsche 997 Turbo (544PS/798Nm) HRE P40 wheels, Cargraphic/RS-Tuning Stage II Powerkit, Bilstein B16 Damptronics

Thanks for these Alex. Hoping the rear end looks better in person than on snaps. The black is beautiful on most angles. These help a lot as I ponder whether I want to pull the trigger on one....as my last one I sold with 17,000 KM on it - took a $ 70K beating..

Hope someone didn't really spec those center locks.
Was probably a PCNA build for a Porsche Dealership.
Sometimes I see these build sheets for some of these Further Up The Rung Cars and I think WTHeck?

I assume the same thing that happens if you have the special anti-theft wheel bolt that requires a matching socket to remove - you keep that socket in your car for when it's needed.
BTW, center lock wheels are not just standard on the GT3, but are the only option. So it can't be that big a deal.

Agate grey with the 5 lug wheels looks really good!

Nice pix...
Thanks for taking the time to post those pix.
I too usually am drawn to 911's in white, but that Turbo in Agate grey is really attractive to me. It may well have a doppelganger in my drive in the future. Awaiting a demo in the new 991 Turbo to decide if the recently acquired 991 C4S stays or gets replaced by one of these.
The wheel set and brakes on that Turbo also are more appropriate for me than the ceramics and center lock wheels of the Turbo S.
Be safe and thanks again for the pix.
