Default Tech art lowering springs

Hi All
thinking about doing the tech art lowering springs. Just worried about it being too low I’m keeping OEM 20 wheels even if I upgrade. Scraping and the forward sloop that some seem to have worries me. Can those that have them post a pic or two and comment on how you like them? Thanks and be safe.

I just did mine a couple of months ago, I wish the front was a little higher. Attached is the thread before I did it.

I did TechArt with more aggressive offsets on aftermarket wheels...I followed HRE's supposedly recommended offsets and although it looks good, the ride quality definitely degraded and I am getting rubbing. Both are rubbing in the rear and I need to roll the fenders. I am on the fence about the outcome...like the look, not so much the ride. Front is LOW and front aero was scraping on some tight, bumpy backroads while aggressively driving. I had to detract the aero to be safe. My buddy's on stock springs never scraped once.

BTW, with OEM wheels and offsets, I don't recall there being any rubbing.

After getting mine installed I was having regrets because of the ride quality, but after installing new tires and DSC controller I don't mind the ride at all. It could be that I just got use to the ride.

I am not rubbing with stock wheels and 255/35 and 315/30 tires even when driving Texas Hill country roads.

I no longer put the car in Sport plus in fear of scraping. I wish you code the front from not coming down.

Thanks. I often have my 9 year old son in the back I plan to keep 20 inch wheels but will likely go with bbs. I don’t want to rub maybe I will just do the DSC

Yeah, have heard good things about the DSC box...I'm going to try that next.

What tires did you go with? Are you still on stock wheels/offsets?

With my Eibachs and 21's...no rubbing what so ever..spoiler or tire to suspension/body...I have a new set of Techarts in the box in garage but hesitant to install

Techart’s, HRE’s... 315/30/20 rears, zero issues. I do a lot of back roads driving too, so suspension is given a thorough workout.

I got PS4S too...thinking the ride would be considerably better. TBH, I didn't feel much of a difference in ride quality improvement between the old OEM tires (with 14k miles) and brand new PS4S.

I hope the DSC helps. Just wish that darn box wasn't $1300.

$1300 was a hard pill to swallow. This is going to sound crazy, was reading a post about the zero gravity batteries, not Turbo, and saw someone mentions his front end came up after putting the Zero Gravity Battery. Makes me want to install one, I guess I can remove my stock one and see if it comes up any.

I have a hard time believing that difference in weight from a battery would literally change front suspension height... try it and report back!
