Hi, some advice please.

I have a 2018 TTS and i want to lower the car, using stock rims and tires, I believe 245 and 305 michelin 4S
I have a front end lift (stock) on the car
If I use TechArts or H&R, will I be ok out there, not having to worry about scraping?
What is DSC?

How much was the installation and alignment afterwards? - This is important as the quotes I got are all over the place.
