Just flashed Cobb’s brand new PDK mapping software for the 991.2. I chose the Sport map and did a clutch re-learn. Holy synchromesh Batman! It feels like a completely different car. Normal mode is now exciting, shifts are even faster, and even the sound is somehow better. Sport mode holds third gear to just under 60 MPH, so I believe the 0-60 time will be slightly faster when I get around to trying it. Well worth the $700.

Replaced the chrome headlight washers with black ones
That looks great on black. I just dropped mine off at the body shop to have the front end resprayed for rock chips and told them to paint mine while they're at it. I was on the fence until seeing yours.
