Perhaps. In the Kline lineup, I really only wanted Inconel but am just not willing to pay the Inconel price. I am at about the same value of the lower end Kline system price, considering what I paid for these three setups. (Of course, I'll recover half of that after selling the old setups)

I had a Kline catless 3" on my 996 turbo and while I liked the sound, there was no turbo whistle (which I love) and there was really bad drone. I added 100 cell cats and although it helped the drone, the end result wasn't quite what I wanted. I ended up dumping it for a stainless Unobtanium system with 200 cell HJS cats which was absolutely awesome.

It's a journey with me. Probably won't be my last exhaust, nor my last set of wheels.

Exhaust is pretty subjective, I suppose. I have been hunting for something pretty specific and just thought I had to go a different direction. Maybe I was wrong. Well, too late now. I have to stick with what's on there now for a while.

For the record, John was absolutely awesome to deal with and I highly recommend SpeedTech.

I have a mint SpeedTech 3" Catless system with SpeedTech satin/brushed tips for sale, if anyone is interested.

  • Switched the leather shift **** to a carbon fiber one
  • Went from a non-smokers open cubby to a smokers cigarette lighter with the little door. Although the cigarette lighter does not work.

Ok, boomers. Well, I'm not quite in that generation, and I'm not usually one to tackle jigsaw puzzles, but I occasionally have some free time on the weekend for leisurely pursuits... But this weekend was different. My daughter gave me a what I considered to be a very thoughtful gift. Apparently, you can have Ravensburger print you a custom jigsaw puzzle from your digital photos. She stole some photos from my wife's phone and surprised me with a custom puzzle made up of of shots of my TTS from my recent road trip. Not a bad gift idea at all.

My car is in is pieces and I'm trying my best to put it all back together!

Took it out and flogged it. I love this car more every time I drive it.

I am very pleased with the Europipe exhaust. A bit of an exotic tone, zero drone, sounds great at WOT. Took a buddy for a ride and he almost crapped his pants.

I take it a step further. No farting in my car allowed.

In theory, that rule would be a step BEFORE...

Took the car down to Apex Motor Club to watch some "races" and do a few laps in the turbo S. Scottsdale McLaren was there letting people do some demo laps- did about 5 laps in a 600LT. Turn-in was awesome and it pulled like a freight train, but the brakes on the turbo S felt MUCH better!

Paul Tracy showed up in his GT2RS and parked next to me... none of his skill rubbed off unfortunately...

(and I still think that new Supra parked on the other side of me has to be one of the ugliest cars I've ever seen.)

Confirmed that you guys were right...

Launch control is something else; violent, instant and grin inducing.

Stage 4 upgrade with the 68mm turbos and tune from Sam Adhoot @ ByDesign. A massive increase in top end, while keeping all the low end.

Stock

68 mm

Do88 intake tunes

Do88 intake tubes

Done!

Added the booster seat now that the youngest is almost ready for front facing. Best family car ever!
