Went on a little diet . These B9s weigh at 24lbs with sliders brackets and all hardware VS. The oem non ventilated at 60lb. (-72lbs)

Doesn’t hurt that there comfortable AF and feedback is amazing.

Just another part of the equation .

They absolutely look the part, and surprising they're comfortable - they look fairly rigid.

Haven't done anything to mine in a while except buy another set of wheels for it... I just received the TPMS sensors and have the Cup 2's to get mounted on them.

But some sport classics from a fellow Rennlister....His Turbo S is GT Silver as well.

Pics are of them mounted on his car....

Today, all I did was work on the little lady's 718 Boxster S.
Did the Oil & Filter, Air Filter (PITA to get too!!!!!), Cabin Air Filter and Pollen Filter

.

Yes. Could use another 100HP at our altitude (for my Turbo corrupted brain at least), but the handling is really superb on it.

I'm expecting to drive one soon, my Ford guy says they have really dialed it up a notch; factory/dealer installed blower kit, 800+ HP, full warranty, very neat.

But, they're BIG...

And I really like that colour on it.

There's a great solution to that, but, of course, it does come at great added cost. I haven't cleaned these wheels (except for spray-offs as part of exterior washes) in more than a year and 4K miles. Not only are the PCCBs astonishing in terms of stopping power, they are essentially dustless.

For cars with standard brakes, and trucks, I use the porterfield r4s pad, works better than any OEM pad, rotors wear well, and very little dust.

Agreed about PCCB's for the most part...When doing 300-500 miles in the mountains, eating up tires and fairly hard on the brakes, as well as following others doing the same, the dust / dirt / grime build up can still happen pretty quick.

Unfortunately I couldn't get pccb's on the 2SS1LE, S2K, and MegaCab...lol. I dang sure wished I could though. They're way worse to clean with build up after long drives.
