Mine is installed on the center console, passenger side near the transmission stick.

If I install a Rennline it will be on the console passenger side. Numerous YouTube videos mention the interference with the cup holder. I also do not want to block the PCM display.
The magnet on the ProClip is MUCH stronger than the magnet on the Rennline mount. Mine is mounted on the passenger side. It does not interfere with the (garbage) cup holders (I bought the Ultimate Cupholders based on numerous positive reviews on here). The way my phone sits on the dash the only thing that is blocked is the lower right corner of the PCM, so I have to lean sideways to see the external temperature. I can take a picture of it tonight when I get home.

That would be fantastic! And please do let me see those cup holders too. I am also very leery of those Porsche cup holders. I just purchased custom made carpets and worry that they will be stained with a spill.

Default Rennline Phone Mount

Honestly, other than the cost, the Rennline phone mount is back far the best option. I am perplexed as to why folks are not opting for this product in droves!?

I am Canadian and need to add 30% + shipping + taxes + Trudeau's marijuana personal habit/tax + the federal government Liberal's party corruption contribution.

Hence, it's 100$ for me and still I think it is a good solution; definitely expensive for such a piece of metal, but a pragmatic solution to the enigma.

My iPhoneX with the metal plate attached to the top of the phone holds the phone in place and the bottom rests on the console.

Fully extended the (sorry excuse for) cup holders would hit the top of the phone.

Ultimate cup holder. I’m 6’8” and the only cup that grazes my leg with this solution is my 30 oz Yeti Tumbler. And yes, the Yeti fits fine in them.

Different angle. Well worth the $50 for 2 in my opinion.

I recently installed a ProClip mount and I love it. https://www.proclipusa.com/product/8...-console-mount - fits and looks great. It is stable enough to use the phone with one hand with the non-magnetic mount. If they had a large adjustable wireless charging mount it would be perfect. I had been using the T-Design9 mount that fits in alongside the PCM display but it was hard to see and use the phone that way as it is behind the steering wheel.

Takes up very little space, super cheap and easy to use. This is what I use to log my 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile runs.

That will only work if you drive like an old geezer! It will flip right into your face on a pull, ask me how I know.
