Nice, now you get to pressure profile. Getting real nerdy now. You should get it plumbed in for water if you haven't already - game changer.

I almost pulled the trigger on a GS3/MP lately too, but held off. I'll be curious to see what you think about it.

GS3 MP is a great machine. Perfect if you really like to tweak the process and play with every variable. I decided against one for me only because I'm boring and I don't tinker. Actually a GS3AV is perfect for that since it's more automated than any of these machines, Linea Mini included.

If I had the countertop space and cabinet clearance - I'd totally get one of these. LM Leva X 1 group. Not really because of performance, which I'm sure is great, but just because it looks super cool.
