Just got back from a four day vintage Porsche rally in the Texas hill country around Austin and San Antonio. The 21st annual Hill Country Rallye for pre 1988 air cooled cars. 1100 miles of twisty roads. The Albert Blue 71 911E ran like a top. My wife is a good sport to ride along as navigator. Lots of R Gruppe guys there from out west.

I'm thanking you now. I got my micra in January thanks to this thread. I really like it especially the only 5 minute time to start up. Got he Mazzers mini e grinder and Acaia scale too - so up and running.

However, my ability to make my capuccino's pretty like yours is completely lacking.. Any quick pro-tips?

I was told 3 years to get it right so I went with a Jura E8. Not perfect but it is repeatable every time.

whatever you are doing to heat your milk, reduce the aeration time to 2 second. then just heat it.
99% of the time is too much air in milk

Totally forgot about the micra, looks like a good middle ground to the mini. Now the all important question about what color, black or white?

Have had my Micra for a few months now and it’s the perfect compact countertop setup.
I went with the black version.

Wouldn’t mind something from @RB.crafts one of these days.
