today jeff , chris and fredrick we went on a ride
PR on pagemill made me pretty happy. it was hard earned after 9 weeks off bike and got back on mid march cause for celebration. was in a major hurry to terun pizza all is well and of all places , my bike decided to crash (oh it’s not me it’s the bike lol) on el camino real (it’s totally flat)…. and STRAIGHT needs special skills to crash like that. bang I hit the deck hard. GUYS WEAR UR FKG HELMET nothing band aid and ice won’t fix finally I got to terun pizza
