First day of the season at Killington with my son. Surprisingly busy given COVID fever. I'm convinced it's the best downhill riding on the east coast.

Two easy questions: does anyone still use "rollers" for training and anyone have experience with Saris rollers?

Some still use rollers, but most do not. The current trend is Smart Trainers (Wahoo, Tacx, Saris, etc.) paired with a training app like Zwift, TrainerRoad etc. Makes riding on a trailnwr a lot more “tolerable” for when you can’t get out side or don’t have the time to.

Hi Mooty,

this is excellent father - son time together. As a kid, I used to wash my dad's cars and help him fix them (old Mercedes-Benz W108 and W123)
These times spent with him is the reason I have a passion for cars.

Good stuff getting the new generation to love cars like these.

^^My son is just a little older than that Mooty. Their small hands are perfect for getting a soapy rag into the wheel barrels! Job is best performed with a bribe of ice cream! Cheers.

I can vouch for the quality of Mooty's son cleaning skills! He's fast AND good. Definitely well trained. I pay cash tho... he may prefer payment in snacks.

I drove hwy 9 to Santa Cruz the other day. One must try Donnelly Chocolates there. I didn't think the oreo could be improved on, but I was wrong.
