The metal turkey basters don't melt from brake fluid like the plastic ones do.

California being very California also pretty hard to beat.

Dinner tonight hopefully won’t get me banned from Tour DeMooty:

next up: acquire turkey baster and a bottle of brake fluid from Walmart to try and fix the clutch pedal in the s2k so I can go for a drive on Skyline!

I could have used this knowledge before struggling with a melting baster just now. 😄 That said, it did the job.

Trying to get in semi decent shape for Mooty week. Mistral day here, MTB sounded like a better call.

It's gonna be a black Tarmac mafia at the Tour DeMooty. Congrats on the new bike. Absolutely love mine. I probably should thank mooty for telling me "shut up and just buy it".

Thanks mooty!

Actually I had an SWorks and it was very good, I am sure the latest ones are even better, there is a reason why you see them everywhere. I prefer my F8 though.

With the SL7 and 12-speed Dura-Ace right around the corner, any shops with this stuff in inventory are pretty keen to move it. Good time to buy. And the bike rocks, holy moly. Good call by mooty!

A (very hungry) little bird told me SL7 mid year. I'll be standing outside Cognition yelling "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!"

F8 is not bad and we rode F10 in dolomite
F12 for Catalunya and you can buy it for 40% or so less retail when done. the bike they let you ride are either Brand brand new (my was) or < 1000 miles by year end.
