no biking action for me, but did just get some new bits for the GT3 that will need to be tested out in the South Bay hills.
Girodisc rotors and new pads all around courtesy of the guys at BR Racing.

I look forward to the 2nd iteration of Mooty's Tour De Bay Area and maybe catching the groupetto in Marin.

Colorful! Are running surfaces on those Vittorias pink(?) too? Festka -- something new to Google.

These look great. And as much as i delight in the CGT bling/cleaniness, I can dig some perfect levels of dirt, too.

They are an all pink special edition for the 2013 Giro. The wife likes them, so I did what Mooty does and bought all of them I put them on the ENVE 7.8's for the winter. Decent all-around tire.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/carlton...ls-perfection/ My 2nd. My wife (MIT now MD) liked their engineering process, R&D and quality control when we visited, so N+1=Unlimited

Yes but there's always that guy that shows up for a three-hour ride with an hour of battery charge remaining...

had a nice drive up Hwy 9 from Saratoga to Skyline, north to Alice's for an early lunch and then down 84 to Palo Alto.
roads were pretty clear of traffic and the freshly paved bits of Hwy 9 are very nice.

was shocked to see how many RVs are parked along El Camino starting from Stanford all the way down to almost Mt View.
sadly these aren't people waiting for a Stanford football game, but people living in their RVs.
