There's enough love here on RL to help keep us all living a healthy long life. I've never been healthier!!! to all RL's

Exercise yourself into a bloody wreck and diet like crazy, ignore Porsche's....

Carpe Diem Rennlisters, Carpe Diem.....

I was gonna go for a walk with the dog, but now I'm gonna swirl some spun sugar down with a beer and cornflakes to finish with a pint of ice cream, all while laying on the couch or standing in the garage looking at the cars. Just to balance.

The dog:

Eat perfectly, deprive yourself of things that bring you pleasure and die anyway. Nice way to live. Not.

Moderation in all things.

If not for the enjoyment of the journey, what else is there? I don't expect to be going to some invisible place in the sky after this over.

That's a damn nice build. Good base for a hot rod and won't mess up a virgin.

And I mainline carbs.

Those are very good questions and I'm sure I don't have the answer. 3+ years of daily morning meditation have helped me understand the sayings of many wise men: We (our true selves, our consciousness) are more than the time-string of our thoughts, worries, fears, desires, and physical pleasures. We're more than a bag of atoms being punched around by stimuli from the outside world. The journey worth living is not the 'ride' presented to us by the above string of stimuli -- it's the journey of discovering who/what we really are.

And yes, love has probably a lot to do with it, but not the addictive type. Any addiction (attachment) is probably not helpful on this journey.

I feel this thread is epic enough already (only on RL!) and don't want to risk spoiling it by going too far off the beaten path. Thx mooty!
