I drove that route today in my new to me GT3. Beautiful day for a drive.
What time of the day did you do that drive? I did it this afternoon and it was pretty awful sitting behind all the people slowing down to look at flowers and inspect the texture of asphalt at curves. I only got flipped off a few times for necessary passes!
I stayed on all the back canyons and hit very little traffic. This was just heading down to pch to have a snack at Malibu kitchen.
Inly had one a hole on mullhand and a clueless person all the way up stunt.
I was ripping around the roads for nearly 3 hours from about 1030-2
Yesterday, picked up my freshly sorted and tuned Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX. I know, low rent for this forum but I'm a believer that a good driving experience comes in many shapes and sizes. To me, this car is one of the really great ones, especially considering price. The ingredients: ****box sedan chassis; check. incredible 4 banger turbo able to handle 500hp on stock block: check. Manual tranny; check. AWD system from WRC rally cars; check. Stock chassis capable of magic; check. No nannies or stability controls; check!. I sent it to a buddy's shop in LA for some maintenance and a few mods. The result is a very conservative 400hp/tq on E85 in a 3000lb wish chassis. Not bad given the price of admission is less than the tax on a 2RS.
nice. had an Evo 8 MR in graphite.
was planning to go snowboarding one weekend.
woke up late so went to Mitsu dealer and was able to convince them to let me test drive one.
came back from drive and bought the car.
probably most fun to drive car I've owned and wouldn't mind having one again.
hard to find ones that haven't been beaten to death or modded in suspect ways...
^ do not understand your post.
it's not food
it's not bike
it's not driving
the detail site provides no info other than wanting my info?
I see some nice pic however.

They are a blast. I searched for close to a year to find this one. Orig. owner, every stock part; time capsule. Had some minor deferred maintenance but nothing serious. Oil is still clear. Diff had zero play. I wanted an MR but could not find another car this clean regardless of price.

My apologies good sir, another Rennlister had asked for a recommendation of a good detailer in the Philadelphia suburbs, which sadly, is a very, very long way from San Francisco, both figuratively and literally.
