Euro Delivery in Leipzig. Worth it?

If you go to Prague on the trip I wouldn't drive the car there. High end auto theft is high in Prague and the roads aren't GT3 worthy in the city itself. When I did Euro Delivery with my RS I took delivery t in Zuffenhausen, drove to Leipzig to retrace my grandfather's WW2 travels. My wife wanted to go on to Prague since we were only a couple hours away. I arranged with Porsche to leave my RS at Leipzig for the 3 days we were going to be in Prague. We rented an Audi at the airport right next door to the factory, dropped off the RS, and headed to Prague. This was a good decision I thought because when we got to Prague, the streets are super narrow when you get close in where all the hotels are. Then in the underground parking the angles for the underground parking were really steep and definitely some the RS would have had issues with even with a lift. My wife who is not a car person even commented on how it was a good idea we left the RS in Leipzig.

I love Prague and spend a week there every year. One of the most beautiful cites in Europe. Amazing beer, prices are very fair. So much to see but the roads are not good.
If you're single it's totally worth going.
Bucket list city but better to fly in and use Uber while there.

I hated driving in Prague with a cheap rental.
Sadly Prague has changed a lot in the last 15 years, it was an absolute delight early 2000s and dirt cheap. Now its getting quite expensive and ridiculously touristy to the point that after my last visit I said I wouldn't go back. However, should be seen at least once. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR PORSCHE THERE.

Thanks all - GREAT advice on not driving and Ubering... Thank you!
Hilarious pics, BTW (except for the RS, which is gorgeous)!
Yep, Prague is one of those great boulevard cities. Grab a table outside, order a beer and a coffee, and enjoy some of the best people watching in Europe.
Four Seasons - thanks!!!
Now I'm getting excited

room for you in the stretch limo. So far we have
COTA1, 997rs4.0 & CAlexio on board. And we might
even get IrishAndy to drop his objections & join in!
You get a discount for a full ride...if you pardon the
totally unintended pun!

I am booking a larger bus where we can
fit more Rennlisters for a 'wild & sexy'
Prague adventure. Who is the big spender
here that will pick up the Czech?
But I have a question for all of you. Why
was this thread so easy to hijack by the
sophomoric antics of some of us? Let's
get back to Leipzig & Euro Delivery...please.
