And the Winner for Evo Car of 2017??

Ecoty will be in Dec issue (see edito)
I don't see the point of Top Gear.. they mention that the GT3 would have been better with proper seats and manual. It makes the final judgment a bit pointless IMO, as the seats and gearbox does not negatively impact the chassis potential and engine velocity and noise. I can understand that the connection is less involving, but the winners are pdk.. without denying the sheer performance of the winner, it feels biased to me.

not so sure 2rs matches up with the 720s. that porsche is most hardcore track model theyve ever made. 720s is a super fast touring car with comfort at top of list. 2rs needs to challenge next 720 LT version. that one should be epic

I think from a pricing stand point it is more comparable and bot McLaren tout their cars as Track cars that are also great for the street

suspect that even with the new power, suspension, and aero that the GT2RS will be much more liveable on longer drives than all other previous GT2RS generations so again seems reasonable to compared the current 2RS with the current 720

Have my January or is it February EVO and it has ECOTY. But they haven't actually done a test. They've simply written a short article on each of their favourite cars in each category from superminis to hypercars.
They've positioned it as being more inclusive than before, because of all the categories being covered and also the fact it includes cars from past years as well as this one.
But it smells like the truth is they couldn't get a proper test together. Very sad indeed and I think marks the death of the magazine.
No GT3. Not even mentioned.
