Look at the long list of vehicles on that handhelds menu, it even has "Chinese car" lol
(These devices have been available for at least a decade, if you google odometer rollback handheld there are lots of links for one with software from 2008 July. They are $150-$350, and up.

That's ridiculously easy. There must be some way to access the ECU and see the real miles though. Other than dealer service records, the engine management has to keep a log of events and mileage. Obviously, for 99.99% of the time, this will do the trick. Something to think about on PPI.
