The photo were taken without PPF, because the film getting yellow, so I removed it, and I notice there are bubbles under the paint

Who knows. They probably won't warranty anything if something was already on the paint and removed. They heat the PPF to remove it. Could possibly be someone going too hot with the heat or steam gun?? Who knows. I think you're stuck with it.

I was there while they remove the clear bra, they don't use any heat gun or anything to remove it, it can easily tear off by hand. (I had try it)
Don't know how dealer going to solve this

It's possible the vehicle had a respray and then clearbra applied before it fully cured. This can cause problems when the clearbra is removed later.
