Default Paint Bubbles

Does anyone have the same problem like me? I found few air bubbles on my 2015 GT3 RS front bumper and fender.....

Might have PPF on it? You buy it new?

Looks like bubbles under film.

Did they make a 2015 RS

Bumpers are painted by the supplier and not at the factory when the car is painted. So to have similar defects in those two parts, the car must have been resprayed to fix shipping damage.

Hard to believe it left the factory like this, although they aren't perfect either.

Repair at the port or dealer?? Anything is possible.

Repair at port or shipping damage. No obligation to disclose (at least in US).

Meter it.

Up to a point, yes.

How do you meter paint on CF?

I think it is safe to say the car was resprayed for some reason after it left the factory. I would have the dealer get it fixed under warranty.

There are high end meters that can measure on non-metal. They're not cheap.

Get it fixed, looks terrible. Dealer should be able to fix it. Curious why you waited this long or did you just notice it?
