It is VERY hard to leave SD. But I would like a change of scenery. Ill always have a home here. My businesses and investments are all out here as well so it would be difficult to move.
I have a ton of family out in Dallas but I cant stand the weather. Cost of living is a plus though
Cost of living= Only if you keep a small footprint on the home.

My godfather is based out of SD as well with business & has a home in Glenwood Springs. Seems to be the best of both worlds IMO.

I bet that is a beautiful area. I've only made it down HWY 285 as far as Buena Vista for a whitewater rafting day trip when I lived in Conifer. I think thats the great thing about CO the endless amount of outdoor activities (my .02).
