I will be in Denver for a conference the first week of May (flying in from Belgium). I wanted to use the opportunity to drive in the Rocky Mountains. Any rental companies that come recommended? I found Oxotic and MileHeighDrives, but maybe others exist?

I basically just want a guide and a fast car
I believe the two you mentioned let you take the car on a supervised pre pre routed drive. Not so much a "rental" company but a driving experience company.
If it was me. I'd try to find the best deal I could on a rwd sports coupe from one of the major rental companies and chart my own route.
Oxotic is a driving experience outfit. Mile High Drives has both experiences and daily or weekly rentals. Daily rates for a C4 Cab starts at $225/day with 100 miles. I'd budget extra miles to get up to the mountains. Denver is pretty flat. From downtown it's about 20 miles to the foothills.
A buddy at work did a driving experience with Mile High and enjoyed it. They seem to know what they are doing.

Reason: Adding information
Thnx for the feedback guys. Easiest will probably be 1 of their guided tours. I've never been in Colorado, so a guide would be really useful. Will be looking at booking my flight later this week and then opt for a 105 mile group rental at Oxotic.
If you are btw a Mustang or Camaro I highly recommend Silvercar as they exclusively offer Silver Audi A4 Quattro for rentals. They are wonderful & I really like how they run their service. EX. $5 fee for gas fill up +actual cost per gallon. Forward moving app based. When I was running late for my flight in Scottsdale the guy dropped me off at the gate in my rental car so I never had to touch my 5 bags (skiing from a work trip). When I got to Den from PHX it was nice to quickly move right back into another A4 although in DEN it was a '17 instead of a '16 so it took a couple of extra minutes to figure out the differences in the new MMI. However, it was much faster than going from X brand pos to Y brand pos.
I've used them on my previous 6 rentals (2 LAX, 1 PHX, 3 DEN). All locations were great.
Denver Location.
In CO you take the Canopy Valet shuttle and it drops you right next to your car without the rental car bs. I've never had lines etc. Once you are setup in your phone its a few clicks and swipes and you are ready to go.
There are a few referral codes and discounts. Multiple discounts can be applied to one rental.
NBEESLEY (we each get $25)
LOUNGEBUDDY (1 free day off a 2+ day rental- 1st rental only)
VINFINITE (30% off rental)
There are always new specials, but these I believe are all current. www.silvercar.com

Not a 991 so I apologize if this is off-topic, but I've been *really* loving my Boxster GTS with this weather we've been having in Denver. I picked it up from Porsche Colorado Springs a few weeks back and it's been an absolute joy. Spending a lot of time up on High Dr. and N. Turkey Creek out near Evergreen. Fantastic roads and rarely a car to be seen. Not the same can be said about the Deer
Outside of the RMR PCA, are there any other local cars and coffee / events I should check out? Moved out here last August so don't know that many people yet.
