I wouldn't put it past Porsche to artificially make PDK and manual the same weight. All it would take is not caring about weight savings for all the parts only in the manual car.
Of course wing delete might help a bit.

It's not a big enough weight difference to make a difference. PDK will still shift faster and make up for the weight gain. Manual will be slow and hopefully it's a better transmission then the 997.2 GT3, as that one always had a bad 2 -3 shift if you had the rear loaded. Needed to pause before sliding all the way into third, otherwise very crunchy.

Do you guys know if it's possible to order just the seat inserts? My brother-in-law is kind of a big shot lowrider upholstery guy and he'd do this for me for next to nothing. I'd prefer to keep my orange inserts just to have them around though.

I'm hoping really bad for a random sweet color to appear in the "special paints". ultraviolet would be awesome. Only thing is...if they make it too awesome everyone will order it. Maybe they'll pull "this color is unavailable right now" for most of the run though.
