Hey Phil
It's the woe is me crowd , they're not a happy lot , they really can't help themselves taking digs at
happiness and creative fun , just invert their digs that there may well be a little jealousy
Just leave your right foot hard on the gas and keep looking way down the road towards your goals !
Enjoy the fruits of your success and carry on

Thanks man! Nothing ventured, nothing gained. What's the cliche about successful people... They've failed more than they've succeeded...but it only takes one big success... Or something like that!
You're right... Just going through some things that have me trying to be empathetic....so when I experience mean-spirits from others it hits home. Thanks for the kind words.

Going back in time a couple months to my GT3... Top is the original rendering.... Middle and bottom are real pics... Bottom is where it ended up.
Point is, I want to do something different (more 'wild') with the RS. So the simple stripes I've already done....and ever since the 997, I've always loved the side checkers. But since it's a 991 and my unique design, I wanted to 'tweak' the checkers a bit. Hence the more exaggerated, two-tone version you see in some of the renderings.

Hello PhilT3,
Among the many renditions you have, in my opinion I like this one. Keep in mind you are one of the few lucky owners of the highly sought after 991 GT3RS. I know I am very happy with my car. I received mine late July 2015 and to this day still feel very ecstatic about it.
Never had an orange car before. I picked the color Lava Orange since I typically choose the launch color as I believe car companies conduct a study/ poll which among the available colors would appeal best to their ads and brochure. To me choosing a car and its color is a sign of what your taste is and a reflection of your personality. In the end you will make the final decision as this is your car. Regardless which one you pick, to me you have created among these renditions a sinister looking 991 GT3RS. Please share down the road which design you eventually decided.
Best of luck and enjoy this beautiful car.

Hey Phil. I really think the orange one is great! If you are open to suggestions, how do you like viper/signal green? I originally planned on getting a white RS (taking delivery of UV in December) and would've done wheels, cage, wing ends, mirrors and front bumper vent accents in green and maybe you even have some time to request some green stitching
