Peek at the incoming RS

Phil,
I think it looks cool and looks like a race car.
What's the story with the VMware sticker? Are they sponsoring?
I was there from 1999 - 2004

Wow... You have NO idea who I am or what personal matters I may be dealing with yet you come at me like this.... For what? Why? Did I do something or say something that offended you?
I mean seriously.... Why the hate? If we were in person would you be just as mean-spirited?

Welcome to the Internet where all opinions are welcome and you cannot moderate people's input. You can also be a pseudo tuff guy.
I think your personality requires you to call attention to yourself and this is one way to do it.
To me I'm torn between laughter and liking some parts of the design.

I was raised that if I didn't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.
It's disheartening that some fellow enthusiasts go the disrespectful route. It's ok to not be down with my style....but why not just say 'not my style, but have fun'.
As for the 'attention' commnent...I don't do any of this for any attention (surprising as that may be)...I do it solely for my own enjoyment. I have a vision and want to create it and admire it. It just so happens that my style garners attention. Which I'm generally ok with...but it's certainly not my intent.

If I'm correct..... Question - why? Have we ever met at a track day? If we have, you would know I'm the first to respect others on track, regardless of what they are driving. So, why go this 'mean' route instead of sending well wishes???
I mean...I'm just sharing something I really happy and excited about. Not passing judgment or anything I can see that would invite people being 'mean-spirited'. I have to say, I am saddened by some of the responses here.

Hey Hounds... I definitely see your point. However, let me point out a few things:
1. I like the ability to drive on the street if and when I want.
2. I'm specifically interested in tracking a street legal car.
3. I've considered the possibility of an accident and am willing to accept the outcomes.
While I understand where you are coming from, for now this is the path I've chosen.

The beauty of all of our shared car passions is it comes out as each individual expresses themselves. I love all of it, as without all of us, there isn't anyone making wraps, building parts, and helping each other to make the car in their own eye!

It's your car so do what you like.
Posting it on here and hoping people don't offend you is asking a lot though.
The design is loud, racey, in your face, and makes a street car look like a race car.
I actually like it.

I do like crazy Vinyl work. On this one; really like the color combo, would get rid of all the checkers, maybe do yellow end caps covered with black and have "4.0" cut out of the black so it shows thru in yellow- but that is me and it is your canvas- ENJOY

Anyone that's met me will tell you.... I'm one of the nicest, funnest and generous people you'll ever meet...until I'm not.
As my dad likes to say.... don't mistake my kindness for weakness.
Either way, you all have good points and I truly appreciate the support.
