I would kill my self or have sex with Hillary Clinton (same thing) before paying 50k for a Focus RS

Any ideas or rumors of which cars Motor Trend compared?

Not every car handles like a GT3. So when they announced this car, it got my attention. When it hits these shores, I intend to take a good look at it.
You should also look at the new 2017 C7 Z06, which apparently has the heat soak issue resolved according to GM. Again, assuming the price differential between the Grand Sport and the Z06 isn't too significant.

From that list, I'd be surprised if anything other than the 570S won.

It's a car that I did consider but I decided against it largely because it's supercharged, which I don't like, and I actually think it's over powered. The Grand Sport appeals to me as a better track for my purposes.

I passed on a Z06 for the same reasons, and am interested in the Grand Sport for the same reasons.

Motor trend always has strange choices IMO.

I don't care for the magazine, as many of the writers are of marginal quality and they - in particular Jonny Lieberman - are heavily dependent on OEM largesse, but they have a large budget for video, which is reflected in their YouTube channel quality.

100% agree there. Randy Pobst being the only exception. Otherwise, I very much dislike all the other contributors.

He's a noted car killer. Would NEVER let him touch my car.
