I really think it will be okay. Its not like the car isn't registered. The cop was totally cool about it. I live in a pretty small suburban community where people tend to know each other. Maybe as the cops get used to seeing me drive around plateless, it will become less of an issue.

Its also very oppressive and feels very "big brother is watching you". Who is harmed by me driving around without plates. I'm certainly not going to flee a would-be accident scene.

I still have the dealer plate display thing where my rear plate should be. Got pulled over once and said that the plates got stolen and I gotta go to the DMV.

This is rather interesting. I would hope that " big brother" would recognize a driver with plates, that is wanted for DUI, child abduction, robbery, hit and run, and a way to keep us all safe from harm so I welcome the men and women that keep us safe on the streets. Front plate is dumb, lucky not needed in GA.
Didn't want to respond, but driving on public roads is a privilege not a right we're fortunate to have. It's just away to ask for unwanted trouble in my opinion.

And I am in no way supporting dui... I am extremely careful about that. Always uber even if it means leaving a car somewhere. The limit is incredibly low in some states so when you get pulled over for no plates and it turns into dui.... Let us know if it was worth it.
I can't figure out if this is for real or not. It's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read.
