Help!!! Thinking of Selling My GT3 :(

That makes it a little tougher, but what about a M235i if you don't want to wait? Not sure how that compares in price vs the M4, but I wouldn't pay $120k for it.
Other option in RWD is a used 964 or 993, cheap enough that you could commute some days in it and not be stressed and so much fun you'll probably end up modifying it and enjoying it for many years.

Nate, all cars are more expensive in lebanon due to our taxes. A GT3 runs around 250,000 USD and a cayman GTS is around 135,000 USD.
Can you tell me more why you were disappointed with the M4. I checked the M2 and it is only 20kg lighter but will be 50hp and 70 ft-lbs down. and also due to the waiting list I chose the M4. But again I am always open to option. What were the bad of the M4?

That's actually a great idea. Maybe I should go test drive an AMG GT this weekend. Is it drivable daily? Has anyone driven the AMG GT? I wouldnt want to sell the GT3 to go to something that gives me the same headache. The GT3 is the best in its class and that, there is no doubt.

Hi HFM, porsche turbo is out of my budget unless its a used turbo which is in the same price range. But I come back to the fun factor for which the Turbo is no fun, especially compared to an M4 or GT3.

You'll see a consistent theme on both threads. Lots of positive bias towards the older M stuff mixed with a fair amount of disappointment with the newer offerings.
Also, read slide 8 here: http://www.topgear.com/car-news/gene...t-department#8
I concur with AP, only so much you can do to make a turbo not feel like a turbo. That said, for a daily commute with traffic lights it's not so bad.

for RWD cars , I'll take M over AMG. I had a C63 AMG and loved the engine sound but M3/M4 are better cars over all as far as sportiness. I know people some how are critical of M4, but for the money I think they are the best over all package. My only critique of the M3 is steering feel not precision, and artificial sound that occasionally annoyed me .though I had a knot in my belly when the guy picked the M3 yesterday, and for a guy like me that switch cars around very quickly and has been fortunate to experience a bunch of them , that says something.

Do not get an M car. Unless you get an older one.

The next to latest M5 V10 with 6 Speed manual is a great value! Even though some of these M5s have a lot of usage, talking about 12k to 15k miles per annum. But there are great values out there one just needs to look. Models with high mileage up to 80k or more mile are selling in the mid to low $20K range. While lower mile M5s can go as high as $40K or more.
