Depends on the track but at most tracks stiff rear, front medium / middle.
My car now understeers on throttle with the rear controllable under braking.
I'd like it a little more stable in the rear for threshold braking and I can't lower the car further, so will try a bit more toe in.

M3IRISH, good to know, that may explain some things. I'm running -3.2 in the rear. Been getting really good tire wear, but may have to dial it back a bit.

Had a 4 mm hole in my right rear tire while hitting 147 in the front straight at Auto Club last weekend. I'm obsessive about my tire pressures, especially at that track. TPMS registered 12 on the right rear ! Fortunately I identified it before T1 and slowed down, so no spin or damage to the car or wheel. Had it flat bedded back to San Diego Porsche and got new tires and followed Kobalt's lead by having the R diffuser installed.
Should help with greater than 120 mph turns like 1 and 2 at ACS.

Guys, I've been tracking my 2016 RS with stock set up here in British Columbia on Area 27 track for the last couple of months. Have been running 34 front and 35 rear (and sometimes as high as 38 psi) hot tire pressure on Sport Cup 2's with good results. Having read about 28-30 psi hot tire pressure working well for you guys, I tried it and slid all over the place! Bumped hot tire pressure back up to mid 30's and stuck like glue. Wonder why lower pressures are working for others but not my car on same tires. Area 27 is new smooth pavement - could that be it? I'm a newb to tracking, but absolutely addicted now! Thanks so much for this great thread! First post, so please don't crucify k.

I'd like to try a set.
Supposedly a bit faster then MPSC2 or Dunlopsbut perhaps it requires setting up the car for the tire and I'm not done yet experimenting with the Michelins.

I think trofeo definitely faster than cup2s currently. I believe the 991.2 gt3s have an updated cup 2 that might be as fast or faster than trofeo but for the 20/21 of the 991.1 rs the trofeo is the king. hoosier on 19 should be faster. some say trofeo needs more alignment fiddling but i believe trofeo is the fastest regardless. was able to drop around 2 seconds on our 2 min local track. ymmv on the decrease in laptimes just like gfe providers =P haha

When I put the R's on my 997 GT3 I was told that they needed more camber than the MPSC2. I noted understear at some slow corners. Don't think I actually change the camber in the end because I molested my OZ Superforgiatas so the wheels where put away.
