Has Paint to Sample (PTS) already started for the .2 991 in Europe?
What do you make of this apparent PTS .2 991 at the
Centri Porsche di Roma (Autocentri Balduina S.r.l.)?

I have been told by people that have contacted PCNA's 'Porsche Exclusive'
personnel in Atlanta that the PTS window for the .2 991 & 982 has not yet
opened for US dealers & customers in the US.
Can someone here in Rennlist that is familiar with the European/
Middle East Porsche dealership network confirm for us if PTS is
already allowed to be ordered in Europe & Middle East markets
for those new models at the present time?

P.S. The PTS 'grey' .2 991 4S in Rome was noticed by me after Rennlister
911Jetta posted about a different set of cars at Autocentri Balduina S.r.l.
in my 'Reference PTS' thread at the 991 gt3 forum & I decided to find their
Facebook page in the internet to check on it personally:
It kind of looks like the new color they introduced. Graphite blue metallic is the name I think. I've seen different pics of it in different light and looks very similar. Maybe that's it and not PTS.

I haven't seen it in person, but GBM seems to be darker than this according to the configurator.

Perhaps. Photos are often unreliable. But the question still stands
regardless. Is PTS being allowed to be ordered in Europe & Middle
East for customers of MY2017 .2 991 and 982's???? I would love
to have some insight from knowledgeable folks in Europe & the
Middle East on this question.

Yeah, sorry I don't have any knowledge on the PTS question. Just saw the pics and had a thought on what it might be. Like you said, pics aren't often reliable.
PTS to sample is not opened on MENA orders as yet, from what I hear this will not be until the RS issue has been resolved with the delays. Expect late 2016 before this is available for the .2 cars. Sept onward production.

Yes. Photos, as you well know, are notoriously untrustworthy
due to camera lenses, filters & lighting conditions. As some
of you might remember, 'Graphite Blau Metallic' was the color
I reported here first on Rennlist after having spotted it on my
July 2015 visit to Porsche Leipzig:
I was very impressed with this color when I first saw it and

Thank you n13lha! Good to know. Let's see if someone in
Europe can also chime in & let us know what dealers are
telling customers in that market about when the PTS window
will open again!
