Plug, patch, or new tire? (Brand new RS)
So I managed to get a screw in front tire after 100 miles.
Attached is a photo. Have any of you had luck with a patch or plug?
For some reason, I'll spend 500 all day long (and twice on Sunday, sometimes literally!) for. Race slick but don't want to on a tire that will never see the track.
Any advice? Or bite the bullet and get new tire?

You'll get a lot of answers on this one. Based on location if it was my tire I'd patch it. Remove the tire and have it done by a competent shop.

If any track use, new tire. If not, then you may want to consider doing what I did on my DD AMG GTS, where I had a larger nail at the same exact location when the car had 200-300 miles. I had it plugged with an oversized plug that was dipped in tire glue before insertion. I think modern low profile tires have very stiff sidewalls and hence less bending at the shoulders with street driving. I am of the firm belief that having to replace a tire because of nail at this location continues to be pushed by tire shops for obvious reasons. As I mentioned earlier, the stresses and speed of track driving takes that option away.
This is what I did but I can not recommend it to anyone. (disclaimer for lawyers on RL).

I ran a service station in HS and plugged hundreds of tires. IMO i don't trust plugs. I would happily run a patch on a car I didn't plan to ever push. On an RS I would buy a new tire. If a tire comes apart at speed it's a major problem.

I concur with all of the above.
I had the same issue with a new set of tires on my Cayman S, which had only 700 miles on the tires. Went to a competent tire shop and did a plug and patch. I had no issues with my tire for DD. However, when it was time to do a DE, I bought new tires. When taking the Porsche to its limits, a new set of tires is IMO intelligent insurance. However, a tire shop owner opined that any decent mushroom patch should hold up during a DE without any issues.
If you speak to your Porsche dealer, as policy, most will in general, refuse to repair any tires, likely due to liability issues.

As others indicted for track use, replace with new tires. Not worth the consequences.
For street, I normally plug the tire, but with the location of your nail, which is within 1/2" from the shoulder, the steel belts are not present at that location and the plug may eventually come out and especially as the shoulder wears out. You would have a much better chance of the plug staying in place if steel belt is present, but for normal street driving I would certainly still give it a try, but definitely not for the track. Mark
