Yes, curious as well- it looks like you haven't bolted it down, is it stable when a car is lifted on it? I am looking at a 4 post for my storage unit to lift my trailer (crazy!- but really doable with a specific lift they have for trailers). My only issue is that it is recommended to be bolted which I can't do in the storage unit.
It is the HD-9 model with 110V motor, I didn't bolted it down and its pretty stable (from my observation). Of course, the safest way is to bolted down but I highly don't think is necessary for home use.
If you come from a Porsche (or GT3) the steering will never be good enough. Let me put it that way. You need to keep both hands on the wheel at all time. Other than that the car is a lot of fun and I love it.
