After years of apartments and condos I just purchased my first house this month. The garage was half the selling point for me. Pics below are from the previous owner but can't wait to dive in. I'm thinking of leaving the front of the garage as-is except for adding more storage, workbench, etc. and then doing epoxy floors on the back half with furniture, a projector on the wall where those orange cubes are in the pics, and be able to pull the cars straight back when I want to. Looking at the setup would anyone have alternate suggestions to epoxy? The previous owners painted the concrete green (yugh) and put those green interlocking tiles over. For them it was a kids playroom but I'm going full man cave. My preference would be to do polished concrete instead of epoxy but since the floors are already painted it may be easier to just epoxy over it.
Thank you. In hindsight, I should have bought two 20' units and had a 40 x 55 instead of 30'x55.
I have a 20x65. Plenty to length, but a lot of hassle since I can only fit trailer and car lengthwise. And cant fit a lift in it, not easily anyway and keep useable space. Gotta figure out something else.
Thought I would share this cool garage set up with RaceDeck Smoked Oak modular flooring. Loooks so on with a GT2 RS on it

Does this Race Deck flooring expand and contract like the other stuff?! If so, I would stay away. I put Race Deck in my 60x60 airplane hangar and it has been a mess in the AZ heat. Expands and contracts a ton! Next time, I will just tile it with Porcelain and forget it.
