I also just finished my home in September- full build. I had to clear out room for the car the night I got it. I started at about 7 pm, and pulled it in just after midnight

So my family & I moved into a custom home not long ago. We have 2 garages. 2 vehicle day to day garage that is insulated & will fit a dually with room on either side for the usual garage stuff. It also features a straight staircase to the basement.
The other garage is 2 wide x 2 deep with a storage lift. Floor is heated, and ceiling height isn't an issue.
Both have shop sinks and hot and cold water. Both are wired for car chargers if and when we get an electric car.
Access from one to the other is via a door.
Excuse the mess, I'm still working on setting it up and clearing up some space as I go through things and sell some things off including more 1/18 and 1/12 diecast that I can display.

I would change the 25' to 35' min. Look at my Garage# 2. Its 30 ft and not enough. Remember Garage is cheap to build.

Please excuse the wall damage LOL. I just reorganized it yesterday and need to get it patched and repainted.
