It is time to leave Denver - The Binary City.

Sunny every other day and freezing the other day.

GrantG has taken care of me so well - a great experience in every possible way

Also really nice to meet you other guys in the Colorado Rennlist Chapter.
Missed one of you but I know we will meet in Nürburg.

Next stop for me is Nürburgring where I'll be for the next two weeks.

Everything is big in America: This includes the doors to the restrooms too:

Nice - if you add the 8 hour time change, it's exactly 1 day going there and only 8 hrs coming home

A nice guy noticed yesterday that I had a crack in my MPSC2's.

I took a closer look and saw that they where made 2013(!) and that they where N0's not N1's.
The front where from 2016 and N0's too.

I must say that I'm a bit dissapointed with myself that I did not check this when my garage put these on my car.
needless to say I'm very upset that my garage gave me these tires (they are for 918 Spyder and have a lower load index that also probably requires a higher tire pressure.)

I have change tires to N2's - going to be interesting how they work.
Did some laps in the wet yesterday with enormous amounts of pollen and they where rather good from the start.

I ran a set of N0 recently when the N1 were out of stock and found them to be very good. So besides the 2013 batch, I would not have an issue with them.

Time for new tires on The 997 too:

Overtook an RS on Döttinge Höhe when the left tire delaminates.

Destroyed my fender liners heat shield and the poor Barney RS windshield... Feels bad.
At least no crash.
