Rare yes. IMO too high. No LWB's. That price gets you any 997.2 RS. I'm sure it will sell...

No PCCB though.

Thanks bud

It looks like the ones with PCCB sell at a higher % above MSRP....??

Buckets, yes. I wouldn't say PCCB's. Most guys don't prefer them. Especially guys that track. I said "most".... as to not start a debate.

Thank you! Same to you...and it seems we have a couple others that made the Agate choice as well. Looking forward to seeing them trickle in over the next few months. I am already on pins and needles waiting a couple months, so cheers to you for the next 2 month wait

Eduardo, the resident PTS expert, confirms NO PTS on the bonus '16 allocations.

Congrats on your car. The wait is painful.
^^ The wait IS painful haha...congrats on your purchase. Please post some pics when you get the beast to TX

I put my name on my dealer list in May and they 'promised' to get me one. But reading here and getting word back from SEVERAL other dealers I reached out to, I think I'm too late...and now looking at the used market, there is VERY little NOT above MSRP. Which I can't see myself doing.

This situation is beginning to wear on my patience.
I was called on August 1st (will never forget that day) and put the deposit down on the phone...had to submit the build by mid-September iirc

So you were first on the list? You didn't have period of waiting to be provided an allocation?

Got my allocation in April/May right when the rumors started about a small batch of 16s. Built in mid-July, delivered end of August.

Yes Sir, will be quite the wait but one that will be worth it, I find myself constantly looking at RL to get over my GT3 addiction. Got mine in Carrara White Metallic, how about you?

FWIW I had an agreed on deal at $152 on the car. Seller changed his mind, relisted for $155, and I believe sold for $153. Car is now listed at Princeton Porsche for $173,900 with 240 miles. Looks like dealers still think the market is strong.

Anyone could have jumped on that car. Was listed for like a month. I had it listed on this thread too!

Losing a 2015 GT3 with less than 300 miles at anything close to MSRP is a bad decision. In this case, this guy was only asking a few grand over MSRP. I wouldn't have lost this car making a big deal over $1-3K

Had the car had over 2K miles on it, then it would be a different story (for me personally)

IDK where I was on the list...I had gone down to my local dealer and expressed my extreme interest and made a connection with the salesman...2 months later he called me!! Pure luck I suppose

Lovely choice! I am a BIG fan of white...went Agate Grey as there are 2 white cars in the stable now (Cayenne Turbo and manual 2015 991 GTS), so had to mix it up.
