North America = US + (lest we forget) Canada
Ergo, the data should include both if PCNA was the source (I didn't see that listed)

I guess the question is, how comprehensive is "North America" in PCNA's name?

Different definitions of NA depending on who/where you are, was just addressing the question about Canada. Mexico is definitely in them all.

Judging by PCNA's own definition, looks like they are now US only:
