Hi Macca my friend.

My family and me is doing fine. The twins came to this world 12-06-2015, and these to girls really know how to make me busy ☺

No seat time in a GT4. My GT4 was scheduled to arrive first of June, but I knew that my time was going to be limited, after the twins came to this world. I felt bad taken delivery of 2 GT cars knowing that they are “limited” and there will not allocations for all. I will not be able to give them both proper track time. I gave up the GT4 a week before delivery to another guy that deserved it more than me.

I will install by Solo DL, so if it can record max revs (canīt reminder). I will know soon how high I can rev my RS.

Hope the rebuild and getting back to normal is going according to plan - we need to catch up soon.

JB.

Jb - definitely lets catch up soon. That is correct for the OBDII settings and indeed they will record your max rpm so we can see.

Congrats to yourself and your partner on the twins. What wonderful news! Puts everything into perspective I am sure.

Ok, I hear you on the GT4. I may be doing similar myself. Im still enjoying the GT3 too much. You have the better car in any case - GT3RS!!

Normality is returning here. Still lots of infrastructure need to be repaired but homes and schools, hospitals etc secure, mostly repaired and functioning.

talk soon

Break-in process; - warm oil - hit it – have fun.

Is it possible to have a picture of the 996 GT3 RS next to the 991 GT3 RS?

I'm curious to see how big the 991 is next to this "little" car the 996 is now.

Congrats for the twins! Have good nights

Observation:

-The front tires will touch the plastic inner fender when you turn the wheel (― turn or more). Note: this is when the car is standing on the floor! (can you confirm that Mooty?)
Under heavy braking it must touch a lot, so the inner fender is a wear part.

-GT3 (non-RS) center muffler bypass will fit the RS as well (I have mounted FDV Brombacher
center bypass).
