depends on what you mean by faster. stop light drag - i'd give it to the gt3 with its traction and tires. highway is all 458, it has more top end. track day with equal drivers probably gt3.

The 488, 650s, and huracan all have pretty similar performance specs. I'd try to find a 675LT

"similar performance specs"
i learned that's "numbers" not saying anything
the best examples , Nissan GTR and Lambo Aventedor , on paper they are fantastic , i didn't enjoy to drive them at all! i even hate those cars.
i prefer to drive Cayman S and enjoy drive it much much more.

i enjoy drive tight corners much more then high speed swipers.

how can i test each car before buying it?
i didn't test drive the GT3 before buy it , because it was impossible back then to find one for test drive.

and 5 min test drive in the dealership on highway or street , not telling me anything.

how can i find 675LT , i think it's limited cars and sold out already , right?

Motor Trend many times love cars that other magazines (EVO and Car and Driver) no like so much:
car and drivers Rank In Exotic Sports Cars:
1. 488 GTB
2. 458
3. McLaren 650S
4. Lamborghini Huracan
5. F12berlinetta
6. 911 GT3 / GT3 RS
7. 911 Turbo / Turbo S
8. Ferrari FF

spend a weekend in vegas and go to exotic or dream racing while you are there and drive a GT3, 458, and Lamborghini, etc back to back on a track, just a few minutes apart from each other and you'll be much better able to compare the cars.

Comparing them while the memory of the other is still fresh in your head from 5 minutes ago, answers 95% of your questions. It's well worth the cost of a flight/hotel to Vegas, given how much you lose when you buy the wrong car.

you are right , it's a very good idea

i tried the 458 , Aventedor , Huracan
at dream racing and exotic racing , both in Vegas.
it's a very short time to figure out the difference , but it's good enough for me.

first i drove the Carrera GT , then few years later the 458
and around 2 years later the Huracan.
in my memory , i love the 458 much more then the Huracan , but maybe it's different when comparing at the same time.

the Carrera GT , just a crazy car ! i don't think i will never drive something better then that , for me nothing come close to it , unbelievable car.

go ahead, sell it, buy whatever you want.
and within one year, you will buy another GT3.
i have not seen anyone leave GT3 and not come back.
never.
even if you get another, you will add a GT3

street, all cars are too fast. the new ND MX5 is best.
track, GT3
bling bling lambo
somewhat ok ferrari
yes, i had them some didn't last a week. like lambo

motor trend ranking, u cannot be serious.
reading it for time sink is cool
believing it is like waiting for santa, i thought he was hoax after my 3rd birthday.

some cars are enjoyed after reading about it and then owning it (example: gtr/tt)
some other cars are enjoyed more to be seen in while it driving it, than actually driving it (ex: huracan/r8)
other cars are enjoyed simply by driving it (ex: gt3/lotus elise)

Still have my Elise with Nitrons / Monolites / Monoballs / etc. GT4 coming soon, hopefully cars are different enough that I can enjoy both.

Or maybe wait a few years and get GT3 instead of Gt4.

surprised. me too. only for about 15 minutes. for a street (not track) car, i thought it was fantastic. motortrend just entertaining reviews. pick your source, EVO, top gear, autocar, etc. all the reviews are very positive...my 16 gt3 is on the way, i already miss the 15, so you are right about coming back... but if i had the $ and wasn't getting RS allocation, personally it would be the huracan

i asked Evo magazine reviewer , Jethro Bovingdon
i like his reviews and opinion

his answer:
"Huracan amazing drivetrain but chassis not as exciting. 488 v impressive. Engine is a monster but not as special as before.
So each compromised. Worth a test to decide which way you prefer to compromise. Or find a GT3 RS. You'll like!"
