i'm thinking of replacing my GT3 , not sure why

I would go with a 650s...one of the few cars I've driven on the street that I really wanted to have out on the track but was still thrilled with on the street. Best mix of Turbo S, GT3 and otherwise hypercar. Thing can get out of shape quick but is scalpel precise. Just find yourself a preowned one for 240k and you're good to go. They should hit 210s in not too long if you're patient. That's where I would go given what you're saying and I've got a Huracan in the garage for context (which is fantastic and a screamer btw)
how is your Huracan compare to others?
i tend to prefer NA engines more then Turbo , feel more pure
i tried the Hurcan on Las Vegas for few laps , what a engine !!!

I can relate all too well. As a 100% street car, the gt3 can get boring. Boring to drive slowly, not in the high revs.
Mclaren will be the same, too easy to drive fast. You'll lose your license.
You need to look at f type, new z06 (manual) or v10 r8 with a 6sp. Those are 3 cars that are entertaining to drive slow, fast, in traffic, open road. On errands, anywhere, anytime.
Gt3 is a great car, but for mundane driving, there are better.

I think the fact that its relatively milder at low revs and fairly vicious at higher revs is what makes it so good as a daily driver. I am really loving mine.
I just want to say up front that I don't have easy access to a track (I have to travel to Bahrain for that) and I am trying to enjoy the car within the law, and I am succeeding! The OP is bemoaning the fact that the car is not wild enough and I see many posts on how planted the rear is with the GT3.
My personal experience is that its very easy to get the back out on mine. Maybe there is less traction on the roads here but I get the TC kicking in many times a day, and one cannot miss it. As the rear starts to drift, the TC intervenes and it makes a distinctive sound (juddering like ABS) and stops any further rotation. I have got to the point where I can edge the back out just enough to not activate the TC.
Anyway, I am interested to hear from others, and why OP is not enjoying this with his car?

Well, then I ended up buying another 991 GT3. And because I have the m4 for daily, and can drive the gt3 when I want to as opposed to when I have to, it made all the difference in the world. I am infinitely more connected to my current gt3. I drive it to work maybe one day a week and then let it rip on the track and mountain runs.
Having the gt3 as my DD just didn't work. In car entertainment and driver assistance is non-existent (for good reason). It gets boring. The suspension is exhausting at times. And driving it is not an event anymore, it's just normal. Now that I have the m4, when it's time for a gt3 ride, my heart starts pumping and I get giddy to take it out.

to access the full potential , you need a track
and it's also right for many other sport cars.
i must take the car to the track to enjoy it
it's very hard and dangerous to "play" with it on street.
this weekend for the first time i didn't stop smiling it's a fantastic car.
i like the Raw feeling of this car , no many other cars can offer that.
the steering and the confidence make me want to push it more and more.
for the future i think i will want to get only RWD car , Raw , sharp
other then 458 italia or speciale , GT3RS or GT2 (if Porsche will make it)
i can't think of any other cars.
for some reason i can't love Turbo engine , i'm not sure why.

i went to Ferrari dealership
every time i see the 458 italia , i can't stop thinking about this car
i don't know what to do ,
GT3RS , i really wanted this car but i can't find any
i don't mind to wait even a year.
do you know if i have any chance to get one of it's better to forget?
488 GTB , also very hard to get
you need to pay $25,000 deposit to be on the waiting list
first , only the Ferrari customers will get the car , then maybe me.
can take 1 to 1.5 years to wait.
because they move to Turbo engine , the car might be too wild
and very hard to control , i loose the beautiful screaming V8 sound.
Huracan and 650S , i heard they not holding their value ,
and not so exciting to drive
what do you think?
Thanks guys

I've had the 458 and McLaren. Then I took a long test drive alone with a Huracan. Wow. I've never been a Lambo guy but they made this car right. I'm not an AWD guy either, but it works well on this car. Stupid fast, naturally aspirated V10 with great sound and hi tech interior controls (like Audi MMI). It was a surprise for me.
The only thing I like better about the 458 is the high pitched scream of the exhaust like old F1 cars. That's it.

The huracan is probably the top entry level supercar right now. It has the looks, performance, sound, etc.. but yes it will depreciate hard once the 20 other models of it come out. Sounds to me like you want a 458, and they might actually hold value if the ferrari crowd cares about it being naturally aspirated.
but if you want to sh*t your pants there's always this...
