Yes, I saw that as well...and have seen it referred to incorrectly by others as Viper. This is how the 'telephone game' changes facts unfortunately. Interesting to read that Rennsport (and perhaps by extension other NA influences like Singer, Luftgekuhlt, Gruppe etc) is possibly informing Porsche's choices.

Remember how Lava Orange came out as the launch color for the 991.1 RS? And then after not too long it became an option on the normal GT3, then other 911s... one can hope at least.

Mike: To my eyes, ‘Lizard’ is more like ‘Gelbgruen’. You already did ‘Birch’ on the .1 991 gt3 RS.
Live dangerously & take a chance on ‘Lizard’. If I get a chance at that color for the 718 Spyder,
I will take 'Lizard Green' in a New York second! That is the shortest possible measurement of
time known to man. It's standardised as the time between the lights turning green & the taxi
behind you beeping his horn!

The average none Porsche type most likely wouldn,t be able to tell the difference any way the great thing for lovers of Green is the interior being offered with green deviated stitching and green belts ....
