i also recently added an arc ref pre and power; they are very nice when they break-in!

such a wonderful hobby! it gives me so much pleasure.
I used to be way into audio hobby myself (read all the magazines from a youngish age too). Most fun I had was learning to design and build my own tube amps (mostly low power single-ended triode stuff made from super rare European pre-war tubes).

I couldn't afford both hobbies, so gravitated more towards cars/tracking (though there is less chance of crashing your stereo into the wall )

yes, very expensive hobby...I'm finally done with nearly $600k in over the past 4 years.

i alternate between the 2 hobbies.
first was hifi, then cars/tracking, now back to hifi.
cannot afford to do them both at the same time, hence no gt3 here.
mooty (in high-end denial) keeps hounding me to get the gt3 but they begin at 100k here for a 996, and i will definitely not give up the audio. i got the sickness pretty bad too, and one can never be done with hifi.... (it never ends!)
just wait till the AF-0 comes out....

I found it very cool! http://forum.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/fr...slt&1314390671

I have a buddy with the same Allnic Phono stage and he has their new DHT DAC too. SK Park (designer) came to visit him and he's a great guy.

Holy Mother! What a system Rockitman! Don't see many that can top that. All I can say is wow.
I went with a nice Meridian set up more geared towards theater. Decent projector and 13ft screen. Still get great 2 channel sound but nothing close to yours. Well done sir.

yes, a very nice system indeed!
can see that a great deal of work and research has gone into putting it all together.

rockitman - i see 3 x ultra ss on top of the af-1, any reason/ improvement there?
dampening?

Magnepan 20.7 (got rid of the pesky Wilson WP7's)
Cullin Modded PS Audio DAC - Intel based JRiver music server
PS audio still around? i had some of their mid level pre amps in the 90s' good value.
