Amazing how many 991 GT 3 owners did not start with a pre 996 911....
It seems the PDK in the GT 3 has hit a new market which is great.
I wonder if the same thread was started at the 997 GT 3 area if the results would lean a little more towards the earlier cars.
For me the new cars feel way to big and I won't do PDK.... maybe I am ruined because my roots are rowing the gears of an early car.

Bought a '76 911S in 1978 at age 28. Silver with navy interior. Porsche Club member found it for me. Car fell off an adjacent lift into mine during a dealer service crashing the right side front fender, door, and hood..It was repainted 5 times before I gave up and sold it. Porsche ceo Shultz then commented in a car mag that Porsche didn't make cars for dentist, I practiced 35 yrs. BMWs and M3s till 2006. '06 and '09 Carrera S and now GT3. Likely my last Porsche at my advanced age. Still do my own service but having to study Money and SAMs postings just to learn how to change the center locks is frustrating. The GT3 is a great cap to my Porsche experience.
