Definitely discuss this with your wife before you start.
i am an architect as well, but quit.
b/c i always tell clients dont remember. just sell and buy one built already. faster, WAY cheaper, less spousal fighting.

Have my commission number too and have requested PTS Racing Yellow... with sill plate "Vorsicht!" :-)

From my dealer re PTS:

"Paint to Sample is planned to be available for the MY2016 GT3 RS. We anticipate it will be available for only a limited number of units and in a limited amount of colors. At this time, we do not have an official release date. If you have a client in line for one of your dealer's GT3 RS allocation(s), and he/she is requesting a particular Paint to Sample color, please forwarded the client name, color choice and commission number to be added to the waitlist. For the requested Paint to Sample color, please only choose a currently approved 911 Paint to Sample color. It is not guaranteed that all of the 911 Paint to Sample colors on this list will be approved for the GT3RS."

Obviously subjective, but curious why pay PTS premium for standard yellow color used on current gen GT3, cayman, etc. No interest in far more unique speed or signal?

(Answer is probably: Because I like it)

Just got call form dealer. I have a September build slot. Delivery date in November.
According my dealer there are 6 spots for BC Canada that includes 2 918 VIP allocations.

Well, I do think it suits the RS better. But the reality is that the final RS PTS list will be shorter so I am sure there will be time to change later.

Want Chartreuse but can't see that on the list. Or maybe another historic color.

I promised my wife that I would update our house after I placed a deposit for the GT3. I also need a bigger garage.
A lawyer friend also told me a divorce is more expensive than a house. I guess I would have to buy a new house soon before the RS arrives. WIN WIN solution.
