Buffeting fixed
I've installed the awe tuning carbon fibre thingies to defeat buffeting at speed, and they work at least till 85 mph (my driveway is too short for higher speeds ;-) ). Contrary to popular belief, install does not require removing door panels and is a non-invasive 30 minute job. I'll post pictures once I get to a computer. They look pretty good, but I'd prefer flat black because there is no exposed CF anywhere else on the car.

Why not paint these black to match....Can you remove them easily when your not at the track?

The look is pretty good, in my opinion, so I'm not going to paint them black or remove them.
I ordered Jan 17 and received them about a week ago. They are exactly the same shape as OEM part they replace except the trailing edge, which bends towards outside.
I did not take pics of install because once I started, it was very obvious what to do. Basically pull the interior triangle cover upward, then remove one bolt and pull the exterior triangle up. Then install the AWE piece instead of OEM exterior triangle and put back the bolt and the interior cover. So basically it's Step 1, 11 and 12 of the installation instructions (http://www.awe-tuning.com/media/pdf/..._deflector.pdf ). Steps 2-10 are not needed because the bolt holding the OEM piece is exposed.

Then on 2/3 I got a second email that said due to problems with a supplier, the spoilers were backordered until April.
If you want, PM me with your email address and I will forward a copy of the second email to you.

Joe - I ordered the foilers from AWE on 1/29 and on that day received an email saying that they were on backorder until the middle of February.
