I guess they are better in that I didnt have to cut down the passenger side to get it on, but its still not fitting correctly. It is a bit of a disappointment.

First pic of left side. All I did was clean up the slot at the top and grind away any rough edges with the dermal.
Second pic is of right side with slot at the top elongated, many rough spots removed and some grinding at the bottom point as it contacted the rubber.
Third pic is of right side after first grinding.
Fourth pic is right side after final grinding. I ended up removing more material where the bottom pointed area overlaps the rubber trim. Note that finish on this part is not as good on the outside as the left side.
I am bit **** and find Porsche standards are generally to my liking. These parts have a ways to go before they are close.

Yep, definitely not a great product but I think its best option out there right now. Thanks for the photos. I elongated my slot too and it sits almost flush. I popped one of the original pieces back on and it sits slightly raised off the sill too, so I think its OK how it is.

My solution below (your eyes aren't deceiving you - folded cardboard, wrapped in clear tape for waterproofing, affixed with double-sided tape). Works perfectly up to 155 mph. May do something which fits the aesthetic of the car better at some point, but for now it's a reminder that, while the car is great, it's not perfect, so the car needs an eye kept on it. Really pathetic that Porsche didn't fix this issue themselves.
I guess I lucked out with AWE pieces - mine installed in under 20 minutes and had no visual blemishes.

I have one slot open for an individual who will use a Blackmill wind buffeting kit and post a review onto Rennlist. I can't offer a free set, but I can discount it as much as my manager will allow, which is TBD based on interest.

Hey just FYI everybody. I am a new owner of a 2015 GT3 and I have been looking at all of the wind buffeting solutions and decided to try and find something permanent and as good looking as possible. While I admire some of the creative solutions others have come up with, I just didn't want to be sticking things on the car and then having to pull them off after events. Not to mention sticky residue etc. I tried the Blackmill solution but it was a double sided tape solution and it sticks out way to far from the side of the car to look like a stock part of the car. So I looked into the AWE solution that many have talked about. Yes, some pretty poor finishing on the back sid and some minor issues with hardware on them but they are clearly the best solution in my opinion. My only problem with them was the mat finish. It looks good but just not stunning enough for me. If you have carbon fiber on your dash and center console, it doesn't match. On a different issue, I happened to call GMG here in California and they mentioned that they carried the AWE buffeting pieces. As I had not seen them in person, I arranged to go down and have a look. They showed me the AWE pieces and they were clearly the right way to go as they are much sleeker, permanent, and looked like they might have come with the car other than the finish. Then they told me that they had taken a few sets and had them clear coated on their own and asked if I would like to see them. When they pulled those out, the lights turned on and the sirens sounded in my head. This was the exact solution I had been looking for. They are beautiful, sleek and really look like a Porsche option you ordered for the car instead of an aftermarket quick fix. I had them installed immediately and love the way they look on the car. The bad news is that GMG had to buy them at retail from AWE and then send them out to clear coat themselves so these over priced little triangles become even more ridiculous as far as cost. $214 for the set and I don't think GMG makes a dime on them. If your picky like I am however, it is the only really enhancing solution I have been able to find. So if you track your car and didn't get the PCCB's or the Sattelite Radio and you have an extra $214 laying around call up GMG and pick up a set of these with clear coat and you won't be sorry. I think they only have two or three sets left so if you're interested I would give them a call. Nice people to deal with too.
As a new owner, I have been reading thread after thread and learning a great deal about the car from all of you. Thanks for all the great input. Hope this helps a few out there like me.

the newest blackmill performance anodized parts have an improved brushed aluminum finish that is impressive, no wind buffeting at any speed or condition with the BP anti-wind buffeting kit installed. the RL driver special for 95 is back on now.
